While the hotel offers a great experience, the surrounding area can be daunting with numerous homeless individuals and visible substance use, which might make nighttime walks uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay with great coffee and secure key fob, but paid parking was inconvenient.

I absolutely loved the artistic design of my room and the entire hotel. it beautifully showcased indigenous culture. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring downtown, despite some rough areas nearby. However, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited and could use more variety.

perfect starting point for exploring gastown and chinatown

my stay was enhanced by how easy it was to walk to famous spots like the steam clock and dr sun yat-sen classical chinese garden where i loved spending time in the park-like settings, making for a wonderful weekend stroll around this vibrant city.

The decor here was super charming and I loved sipping on the free coffee while enjoying tasty yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. I relaxed in the cozy lounge and enjoyed the beautiful courtyard, which added tranquility to my stay. My only small gripe was that I wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options, but I still left feeling satisfied! ☕

I had the best stay here! The Deluxe King Room was beautifully decorated, making it feel like a cozy retreat. Rick, our host, was a gem, filling the lodge with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home.
